Na, cremation is a dry heat. It's more like being boiled. If you don't like the heat in Florida, go to Pinellas county, the water surrounding them, tempers the heat in a microcosm that is similar to Florida on a whole. Pinellas county, in the summer, rarely see temps drop below 80 and rarely see temps above 92. Where as further inland in Florida, you get a more drastic temperature change of 70's at night and mid to high 90's during the day. By the way I'm trying to see if we can get so many people living in such crowded conditions in Pinellas, that it will sink.

True native Floridian. A Broward boy. Pre A/C never knew any difference it was ,what it was. Moved to Gainesville in June of 76. Called Mom and told her it was hitter than hell up here. With A/C. Had to ride my bicycle about two miles to get on Campus It was so hot I was afraid to sit near women in class because I sweated out a gallon of water just to make it to class. But the two hottest days my old ass were not in South Fla with the south east trade winds. Hottest was Raleigh, N.C. where in September it was 112 degrees my sneakers stuck to the pavement. 112 real degrees not feels like. 2nd hottest was in the college town at Kansas State University. My uncle coached football there and it was 107 for two days in a row. I had to go home to Lauderdale to cool off. My cousins from eastern Texas would come to our home for summers and told me it was way cooler in Lauderdale in the summer. It is what it is. But just because were closer to the equator doesn't mean were hotter. It is just mind over matter. If you don't mind it doesn't matter. Florida love it or haul as s home. All the concrete we laid down to accommodate northeners. Is destroying what once upon a time was paradise. Snowbirds are the worst invasive species ever, to our home. That is the hard truth.

The couple weeks i was in Florida several years ago it rained every day at the same time. I couldn't tell if that wetness on my clothes was sweat, rain or humidity😂😂. Im a mountain boy i don't think I could handle Florida for life.

In the Ohio River Valley, we have the same temps and humidity without the benefit of those amazing breezes coming in off the Gulf or Atlantic.

Oh, not just a Florida thing. When I lived in Illinois, it would literally rain on one side of the street only. There would be a clear divide down the middle of the street. It was truly bizarre, especially having come from Southern California.
